Terms and Conditions
What you are buying, what you may do with it, and who you are dealing with. Short, and in plain language where plain language works.
Last updated 4 August 2026
Plain version first, because nobody reads these: this lab sells digital kits as a one off download and builds AI quoting engines to order. You get 30 days to change your mind on a kit, no questions asked. You may use a kit for your own work including commercial work. You may not resell or redistribute the kit itself.
Nothing on this site can be bought through a checkout right now. Every purchase route is an email waitlist for the moment. The terms below describe what applies to a sale, and they apply again the day sales reopen.
The rest of this page is the same thing said carefully.
Who you are dealing with
This site and the products on it are operated by Ashrey, a sole proprietor based in Egypt, trading as The Agent Lab. Contact is [email protected], answered directly by Ashrey, Co-Founder.
No payment processor is live on this domain at the moment, so there is no checkout on any page here. When sales reopen it will be through a merchant of record, which means that company is the seller on your receipt and handles payment processing along with any sales tax or VAT due. Their buyer terms will apply alongside this page and they will be named here in the same update. Card details are never seen or stored by this lab either way.
What you are buying
Each kit is a downloadable archive of scripts, prompts, agent skill definitions and documentation. Nothing is hosted for you, there is no account, there is no service running on your behalf, and no subscription. You download files and run them yourself.
Each product page states the price, what is inside, the steps you have to perform yourself, and the known limitations. Read the limitations section before buying. It is near the top of each page on purpose rather than buried.
Delivery
While the site is on a waitlist, the download link is sent by email directly. When sales reopen, payment triggers an email containing a private download link, normally within a minute. Either way the link is valid for 30 days, and if it expires or never arrives, email the lab and a new one is sent. A delivery failure is something we want to hear about.
What you may and may not do with a kit
You get a perpetual, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the kit, for one person or one organisation.
| Allowed | Not allowed |
|---|---|
| Use it for your own projects, including commercial ones. Modify it. Keep the output, which is entirely yours. Use it in client work you are paid for. Take ideas from it into your own tools. | Resell, republish, sublicense or give away the kit itself or a lightly edited version of it. Include it in a bundle, course or paid community. Share your download link publicly. |
The distinction is simple: what you make with a kit is yours to sell. The kit is not.
No guarantee of results
No claim is made about money you will earn, copies you will sell, clients you will win, or rankings you will reach. Where a page shows arithmetic, such as a royalty per sale computed from a platform published formula, that is arithmetic on a single unit and explicitly not a forecast. Volume depends on your topic, your market and your execution, none of which this lab controls.
Kits depend on third party platforms and models that can change without notice. Where a kit relies on something that could break, that risk is named on the product page and in the kit own RISKS file rather than left for you to discover.
The honest limitation clause
Software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, total liability for any claim connected to a kit is limited to what you paid for it. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost time. If that feels thin, note that the refund policy is deliberately generous to compensate: if a kit is not right, you get your money back rather than needing a remedy from this clause.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for following the terms of any third party platform you use a kit with, including Amazon KDP content guidelines and AI content disclosure rules, and for obtaining written authorisation before auditing infrastructure you do not own. The kits state these obligations and some of them refuse to proceed without them, but the accounts and the legal exposure are yours.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy, and material changes will move the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without affecting any consumer rights you hold in your own country that cannot be waived.
