Kits

Systems you can install, not courses you have to finish.

Each kit is a working pipeline with the discipline built in as code. Scripts that fail closed, so the process cannot advance when a step has been skipped. One payment, run it yourself, nothing to keep paying. Both kits are on a waitlist right now rather than a checkout, and the reason is on each page.

These came out of the lab's own work. A repeatable way to do something was needed, the machinery got built, then the machinery got packaged. That origin is worth knowing, because it means each one is shaped by what actually goes wrong rather than by what makes a tidy curriculum.

How these pages are written

Each kit page states its own limitations near the top rather than in the small print, including the parts that could break and the steps a person still has to do by hand. If you read one and it looks thinner than you hoped, that is the page doing its job.

Founding terms are open. Get on the list and the first run gets worked through with you, by email, on your own target and your own data.

Thirty days, no questions asked. The refund policy is deliberately one sided in your favour, because a digital download costs nothing to reproduce and you should not carry the risk of finding out.

These are not the main business.

The lab builds live AI quoting engines for home service contractors. The kits are what fell out of building the tooling, and most of the thinking behind them reaches the blog first.
